- Full payment is due when booking to secure your appointments with us.Â
Cancellation Policy:
- Between 01 July – 01 Aug 2026: We’ll refund you 80% of your purchase, or you can transfer it to another rider.
- Between 01 Aug – 01 Oct 2026: We’ll refund you 50% of your purchase, or you can transfer it to another rider.
- Between 01 Oct – 01 Nov 2026: We’ll refund you 20% of your purchase, or you can transfer it to another rider.
- After 01 Nov 2026:Â Â No purchases are eligible for refund. You either forfeit your booking or transfer it to another rider.Â
