Recovery Room
Step into our recovery room, where science meets relief. Start with an ice bath to reduce inflammation, followed by an infrared sauna for deep muscle relaxation. Finish with compression boots to flush lactic acid and boost circulation. In under 45 minutes, you'll feel rebuilt, recharged, and ready to train again.
